He founded Spot On Business Planning (SOBP) with a mission to transform underperforming practices and take well-performing practices to new levels.

He has successfully built and nurtured thriving businesses, navigating every permutation of business structure imaginable, from missed opportunities to private practices, specialists, sole traders and partnerships.

Mark is a former clinical dentist who has developed his own self-managed group of 14 practices. At the core of Mark's success is the meticulously refined methodology that Spot On Business Mastery will teach, initially developed in his first practice and subsequently rolled out across 13 additional practices within his group.

Mark has proven practically the engine works for building teams, managing associates, and motivating 14 organisations. The ongoing growth and management of his group of practices is steeped in and resulting from this self-sustaining profitable model. 

Partnering with Spot On Business Planning for over eight years, and harnessing SOBP’s strategic planning expertise to divest from a clinical focus to multi-practice ownership, Mark has leveraged its expertise to optimise key business drivers: people, processes, and numbers. He knows and will articulate from a practical and lived perspective, the challenges faced, and the physical and mental stresses felt; then he will share the solutions for getting past them.
